How can I request materials from other libraries?
Answer
Whenever a print or electronic material is not available from the Library it can be requested from other institutions through services known as interlibrary loan (ILL) and Document Delivery (DDS). The online ILL and DDs forms are available at the Library portal on the AUIB website; please provide as much information as possible to help to locate the material quickly.
